The Modern Pentathlon NSW Strategic Plan 2026–2028 sets the direction for the growth and development of our sport across New South Wales.
Developed by the Committee in consultation with key stakeholders, the Strategy outlines our vision to increase participation, strengthen performance pathways and build a sustainable, well-governed organisation that supports athletes, clubs, volunteers and officials.
This Strategy provides the framework for our decisions, investment and partnerships over the next three years as we work to make Modern Pentathlon more accessible and create opportunities for athletes at every level, from first-time participants through to international competition.
We are committed to reviewing our progress regularly and reporting back to our members on the delivery of our strategic priorities.
