Murwillumbah Modern Pentathlon/Epee Training Camp 2-5 October 2025

Three days of training with morning & afternoon sessions of epee 🤺 each day, plus one other pent training session each morning & afternoon.

Starting on afternoon of Thursday 2nd October & finishing at lunchtime on Sunday 5th October.

Held in Murwillumbah in the beautiful Tweed Valley.  Just 30 minutes from Gold Coast Airport & beach resorts at Kingscliff, between Byron Bay & the Gold Coast.  

Fencing 🤺 sessions led by Olympian Scott Arnold (Barcelona 1992).  Scott has also coached Australian Modern Pentathletes at multiple Olympic Games, including Rio 2016 Olympians Chloe Esposito (Gold 🥇 medal winner) & her borther Max (7th in Olympic final).

Chloe Esposito is also hoping to join the coaching team for this camp at a Swim 🏊🏼‍♂️ &/or Laser🔫-Run🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃 session.

Coaching team also includes Eszter Hortobagyi Junior MP World Champion for Hungary 🇭🇺 & Australian Olympic Modern Pentathlete (Athens 2004) plus her Coffs Pentathlon partner & Hungarian 10,000m champion husband 🏃🏽 Adam Temesi 🔫

Join us for one session or the whole three days of training, whether you're a new development athlete or looking for World Class coaches in fencing or full pentathlon.

INSURANCE
Must be a member of MPA via state association to participate in pentathlon camp.

If only participating in fencing training then must be a member of relevant state fencing association (baseline fencing membership is sufficient).  When registering all fencers must include their current AFF membership number.

REFUNDS POLICY
100% refund if notified 4 weeks or more before event
75% refund if notified 2-4 weeks before event
50% refund if notified 1-2 weeks before event
25% refund if notified 48 hours before event
Nil refund if notified less than 48 hours before event
